Police said water pooling near the eastbound Gardiner Expressway and northbound Don Valley Parkway (DVP) was causing a hazard for motorists Wednesday morning and two roads were closed.
Authorities said as of around 11:20 a.m. water was pooling at the bottom of the northbound DVP ramp.
A closure was put in place for Lakeshore Boulevard East. There is no access to the DVP onramp, police said in a post to social media.
The City of Toronto has been notified of the water main break.
