UPDATE:
Police say all lanes have reopened after a crash early Sunday afternoon on the southbound Don Valley Parkway.
The Toronto Police Service had said earlier that one person was taken to hospital with unknown injuries following a two-vehicle collision at around 11:45 p.m.
EARLIER REPORT:
Police were warning of heavy traffic and delays on the southbound Don Valley Parkway after a two-vehicle collision near the Gardiner Expressway early Sunday afternoon.
The Toronto Police Service said a woman in her 30s was taken to hospital as a precaution after the crash at around 11:45 p.m.
A lane was blocked by vehicles and the exit ramp from southbound DVP to Lake Shore Boulevard East was also closed.
Drivers were being urged to use caution and expect delays.
