Fans of the Toronto Blue Jays are weighing in on something that may not have much to do with actual baseball — but nonetheless they seem to approve.

Bo Bichette has cut his hair.

The Jays shortstop, who made his MLB debut in 2019, was pictured this weekend with much shorter hair in several posts from the Blue Jays social media accounts as he was taking in a UFC fight in Tampa.

Under the headers "No Flow, But Same Cool Bo" and "So Fresh and So Clean", the Jays shared images and a video of Bichette ringside.

The Florida native — who some might call a fan "heartthrob" — has been known for his signature long hair for the past six years. He even had his own collection of “Bo Flows” headbands, one of which he would wear under his ball cap during games.

As longer hair has become more popular among pro athletes in recent years, perhaps Bo is now going against the flow.

Bichette, 26, had a tough 2024 season — one that was cut short due to injury. However, his teammate and friend Vladimir Guerrero Jr., 25, recorded a great second half.

Those who are superstitious will note that Guerrero cut his own previously long locks about two months into the season and played great from that day forward.

Both Guerrero and Bichette are slated to become free agents after the 2025 season.

Maybe Bichette — a two-time MLB All-Star who twice led the American League in hits — is hoping a new haircut will bring better luck in a contract year?

Bichette's haircut has been covered by numerous sports news outlets. While comments online contained the usual critics, many were positive about the player’s new choice of hairstyle.

"Who is this handsome man?" said one.

"Much better!" said another.

Other comments included "Looking good Bo!" "Bounceback season incoming!" "He's so fine but imma miss the flow!" and "Great no matter if it's long or short!  Awesome same smile!"

Does Bo "The Flow" intend to keep the new 'do? We'll know in about two months.

The Blue Jays play their first grape fruit league game against their American League East rivals the New York Yankees on Feb. 22 in Dunedin, Florida.
