Wanted federal offender known to frequent Toronto area

A federal offender serving a lengthy sentence on robbery charges is being sought by police after a breach of his statutory release. He is known to frequent the Toronto area.

Ontario Provincial Police say a Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Corey Richardson, 55, who is being sought by the repeat offender parole enforcement squad.

Police said Richardson is five-foot seven inches tall and about 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

He also has a number of distinctive tattoos, according to police:

  • "Lord is King" on his left shoulder
  • Malcolm X with a rifle on his right upper arm
  • "Christina", a rose and heart on the left side of his chest
  • ACC on his right forearm
  • A rose and "Kim" on his right calf
  • "LOCO NEGRA" on his upper back

Richardson is serving a 13-year sentence on 13 counts of robbery, according to the OPP.
