Toronto Police Service (TPS) reported that a vehicle fell through a hole onto Strachan Ave after driving the opposite way on the Gardiner Expressway on Tuesday evening.
At 5:37 p.m., TPS posted on social media about reports of a vehicle driving the wrong way in the eastbound lane on the Gardiner Expressway near Spadina Avenue. Police urged people to use extreme caution in the area.
Just a five minutes later, police said the vehicle had driven through a construction site and fallen through a hole onto Strachan Avenue. Police reported no injuries had occurred.
