Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing person last seen on Nov. 20 in the Spadina Avenue and Iceboat Terrace area.
The Toronto Police Service described the missing person, named Wissam, as being 6'0" with a medium build, with scratches on the body and face and "bent" middle finger on one hand.
The 24-year-old was last seen wearing a dark brown jacket, black hoodie, dark pants and shoes, police said in a news release.
Police said they are concerned for Wissam's safety.
