The Toronto Police Service (TPS) is seeking the public's help in locating an elopee who is away without leave from a psychiatric facility.
Marlow Sirizzoti, 29, was last seen Nov. 25 in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
Police said if Sirizzoti is located, he is not to be approached. Anyone who spots Sirizzoti should call 911 immediately.
Sirizzoti is bound by a Form 49 warrant of committal under the Ontario Mental Health Act and is subject to certain conditions, according to police. The Form 49 warrant allows a judge to enforce an order against a person that has refused or neglected a known court ruling.
Sirizzoti was earlier found not criminally responsible for possession of property obtained by crime and failing to comply with a probation order.
He is described as being 5'10" tall and weighing 200 pounds, with long brown hair and a full beard.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black shirt, black baseball hat, blue jeans and blue and beige running shoes.
Anyone with information in the case has been asked to contact police at 416-808-7400 or to submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477) or www.222tips.com.
