Toronto police are requesting the public's help in locating a missing person last seen downtown on Monday just before midnight.
David, 34, was last spotted on Nov. 4 at 11:59 p.m. in the Bay Street and Front Street West area, the Toronto Police Service (TPS) said in a release.
David is described as being about 5'9" and weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes, a bald head and short facial hair.
He was last seen wearing light-coloured pants, black boots, a white sweater with a black hood, a yellow reflective vest and a blue construction helmet, police said. David was also carrying a light coloured bag.
