Gunshots heard at St. Patrick St. and Dundas St. W., police say

Toronto Police Operations on Friday afternoon reported a firearm discharge at St. Patrick Street and Dundas Street West.

After gunshots were heard in the area, police said "evidence of gunfire" was located at the scene. 

There have been no injuries reported.
