A stabbing victim has been rushed to a trauma hospital after an incident early this afternoon in the Dundas and Bay streets area.
The Toronto Police Service (TPS) said at around 12:15 p.m. officers responded to reports of a stabbing in a park in the downtown core.
Officers on scene located a man in his 40s with a stab wound, the TPS reported.
Police said medics were on scene to treat the victim.
In an update shortly after, police said the victim was transported to a trauma centre.
His injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
