The Toronto Police Service (TPS) is asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect involved in the assault of a victim who was hit with a blunt object near Pape and Danforth avenues last month.
Police said the victim, who has not been identified, was speaking with two suspects in the area around 3 a.m. on Nov. 18 when they were struck from behind.
Authorities did not reveal what the blunt object was but said the victim sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized.
Three suspects involved in the case allegedly fled the scene in a silver Dodge Caravan.
Two people have already been arrested and charged as part of the investigation.
Police are currently searching for Toronto resident Jason Stacey, 48, on charges relating to aggravated assault and robbery with violence.
Stacey is described as being 5'10" with a shaved head and facial hair. Police said he has a musical note tattoo on his left forearm and a tribal face tattoo on his right forearm.
Peter Ham, 62, of Toronto was arrested and charged with one count of aggravated assault.
Jaymi Fraser, 26, was also arrested in connection to the case. She was charged with aggravated assault and robbery.
Ham was scheduled to appear at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre on Nov. 19.
Fraser was scheduled for a Toronto Regional Bail Centre appearance on Nov. 29.
