The Toronto Police Service is trying to identify a suspect in connection with two arson incidents in the Little Italy area at a residence they believe was being targeted.

Police say on Sunday, Oct. 20, officers responded to a call for a fire in the College Street and Beatrice Street area. They say the suspect used multiple incendiary devices to set fire to a vehicle before fleeing.

Police say that on Halloween night, they responded to another call at the same address.

The suspect again used multiple incendiary devices and attempted to set fire to a residence, according to a police news release.

Investigators are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect and said if located, to not approach but call 911 immediately.
