Andy Kim Christmas at Massey Hall will 'rock you gently' into the holidays

Andy Kim is bringing a group of top talent together for 20th edition of his classic Christmas variety showcase in support of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health

If you're looking to get into the holiday spirit, the Andy Kim Christmas show returns to Massey Hall on Dec. 4 for what organizers said will be another unforgettable evening celebrating the festive season.

2024 marks the 20th year the Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductee will bring together some of Canada's most applauded talent. All event proceeds will be donated to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health's Gifts of Light.

This year's show will feature The Barenaked Ladies, Alex Lifeson of Rush, Broken Social Scene, Billy Talent, Dan Hill, William Prince, Men Without Hats, Roch Voisine, Emm Gryner and Molly Johnson.

Kim, who started his music career at 16, is known for his nine Billboard top 40 songs, including Rock Me Gently and Sugar, Sugar.

Kim said he is "humbled and honoured" to see the show return for its 20th year.

"There is something fascinating about a 20th anniversary celebration," he said in a statement. "With all the excitement of putting on this year’s 20th [Andy Kim] Christmas, I’m reminded of the first one — filled with the honest belief that our musical community will help me ease into the Christmas holiday spirit."

Guests can look forward to a classic variety showcase with special holiday performances.

Tickets for the all ages show on Dec. 4 at 8 p.m. are available through Ticketmaster with prices ranging from $75 to $300, plus fees.
