Joshua Goldberg can be described as dedicated, compassionate, and experienced. Joshua was born and raised in Montreal and has been living in Toronto since 2009. He went to law school at both the University of Toronto and the University of Ottawa. He also did a semester of law school at Peking University in China where he studied the Chinese legal system. Prior to that, Joshua spent several years in China, where he learned to speak Mandarin Chinese.
Since his call to the bar in 2011, Joshua has practiced litigation, primarily in the area of personal injury, disability and insurance law. He mostly handles motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability and disability insurance claims but has a small practice of general litigation files. In the course of his practice, he has appeared before the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Ontario, the Ontario Small Claims Court, the License and Appeal Tribunal, the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Social Security Tribunal.
