The TTC says it is freezing fares for the second straight year while adding more services, improving safety and cleanliness, and investing $16 billion in capital projects. New this year is a pilot program to add staff and improve cleanliness at six priority locations: Scarborough Town Centre bus terminal, and Kennedy, Dundas, Finch, Spadina, and Lansdowne subway stations.
